Served every morning from 7 to 10:30 am in your room or in the restaurant room, the breakfast features organic and local products, a selection of breads and pastries, a few sweet and savoury dishes and a wide variety of fresh items. Some gluten-free items are available. To make the most of your room, a continental breakfast is available on request.
The terrace:
During the summer months, don’t miss the experience of a meal out on our terrace by the waterside: let yourself be lulled into peace and contentment by the lapping of the River Ill.

It’s the ideal place to meet for a drink in a cosy, intimate atmosphere.
A menu is available daily from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The menu is designed by Nicolas Stamm-Corby and Serge Schaal of La Fourchette des Ducs, a 2-star Michelin restaurant, and created by executive chef Cédric Koch.
In fine weather, the terrace, ideally situated on the water’s edge, promises delicious moments with a breathtaking view of the half-timbered houses.
