BREAKFAST

Served every morning from 7 to 10:30 am (until 11 a.m. on weekends and public holidays) in the restaurant room, the breakfast features organic and local products, a selection of breads and pastries, a few sweet and savoury dishes and a wide variety of fresh items. Some gluten-free items are available. To make the most of your room, a continental breakfast is available on request.

The terrace:
During the summer months, take advantage of the waterside terrace and let yourself be lulled by the waves of the Ill.

Nicolas Stamm-Corby and Serge Schaal of La Fourchette des Ducs, 2 stars in the Michelin Guide, are the culinary creators of Restaurant RÉGENT PETITE FRANCE. Together with Executive Chef Cédric Koch, they invite you to discover gastronomic cuisine with Mediterranean flavors.

It’s the ideal place to meet for a drink in a cosy, intimate atmosphere.

A menu is available daily from 5:00 pm to 10:00 pm. The menu is designed by Nicolas Stamm-Corby and Serge Schaal of La Fourchette des Ducs, a 2-star Michelin restaurant, and created by executive chef Cédric Koch.

In fine weather, the terrace, ideally situated on the water’s edge, promises delicious moments with a breathtaking view of the half-timbered houses.
